Installation and use
Before installation, check compatibility with your frame, brakes, drivetrain and other components. Follow the manufacturer's torque limits, load limits, tyre approvals and intended use. If information is missing or unclear, contact us before installation or use. Safety-critical work should be performed by qualified personnel.
Report a safety concern
If you notice cracks, unusual play or a suspected safety-related defect, stop using the affected product until it has been checked. Send us the model, order number if available, serial/batch number and a description; photos can help us assess the issue.
