Shipping within Austria

Available shipping methods and the binding shipping charge are confirmed by email before ordering, based on the requested products and delivery address. You can also request a shipping quotation before ordering.

Delivery times are stated for each product or agreed in the quotation before you order an individual build.

International delivery

Austrian rates do not apply to other countries. Available destinations and international shipping costs are confirmed in a personal quotation by email, based on the products and delivery address.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts when you, or a third party you designate other than the carrier, receive the goods. For one order delivered in separate consignments, it starts upon receipt of the last item.

To exercise this right, inform CPP Bikes (Michael Trimmel e.U.), Vogelsanggasse 25/2, 1050 Vienna, Austria, contact@cppbikes.com of your decision in an unequivocal statement. You can use an email, letter or our online form. Sending your declaration before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

We reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs, except additional costs of a more expensive delivery method you chose, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your declaration. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, and you incur no fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

Return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of declaring your withdrawal to CPP Bikes (Michael Trimmel e.U.), Vogelsanggasse 25/2, 1050 Vienna, Austria. Dispatching them before the deadline is sufficient. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for diminished value only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Goods made to specification

The statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (§ 18(1)(3) Austrian FAGG). We assess and explain this for the individual order. Selecting standard components does not automatically remove your withdrawal right.
